Surveyors
The State of Hawaii provides that the seller pay and provide for a survey of the property.  Once we recieve the Survey we will go and walk the property and observe the pins so that you are aware of the location of each pin.  In the event of an encroachment we must instruct escrow and the seller what you wish to have done, either an encroachment agreement or the removal of the encroachment.
