Rhonda was instrumental in helping me sell my home on Maui that had been listed with another agent and failed to sell. From our very first meeting, I knew that I was dealing with a professional who was going to get the job done. She and her photographer were able to capture the essence of my property through photographs and smart texts and market on all of the real estate websites available. She even tried to capture other markets other than Maui. More importantly, she was willing to work with me. I knew what I had to accomplish to sell my property and she kept me on tract, always reminding me of the bottom line, and also trying to keep the buyer and buyer's agent focused on the sale. She instilled a sense of trust and comfort. She went out of her way to show up at the property when the important inspections were scheduled and kept me updated on the progress. I lived on the mainland and not available to oversee repairs, etc. She was the liaison between my handyman and me, which gave me a great deal of relief. She helped us buy our first vacation rental here at Kihei Kai Resort. We always wanted to do an investment but really did'nt know where to start. Rhonda knows the north shore of Maui, as she and her family participate in Maui water sports and her knows the ins and outs of schooling and other location concerns as she has raised her family on the north shore. And upcountry Maui.
Her use of electronic document review helps the process side of transactions go very smoothly. I highly recommend her.
