Haiku is a pretty large area on Maui’s North Shore. As you head East past Ho’okipa Beach Park, the Hana Highway will wind through the Maliko Gulch and bring you to the beginning of the Haiku area. Haiku lies alongside North Shore coastline and throughout more mountainous regions. It stretches to Huelo on the coast, and heads up towards Upcountry areas reaching towards Makawao Town.

In Haiku, buyers can find many rare properties; Maui oceanfront properties, Maui ranch estates and more. Haiku is a rural area, and much acreage is definitely still available. If you’re looking to buy a stunning Maui plantation-stye property, a Maui luxury estate or acreage to build, you can find this here.

One of the best things about Haiku is the community. You will find many beautiful residential areas, ranch-style developments and private gated properties in Haiku. Surrounded by Maui’s lush tropical flora and fauna, all can find a piece of heaven in Haiku, Maui.

Area Highlights: FuzionFit Maui, Deep Relief Maui, NUKA, Sacred Garden of Maliko, organic farms, historical sites and churches, yoga studios, healing arts centers, restaurants, shopping and more.
